Indians promote RHP Austin Adams; option LHP Kyle Crockett to AAA Columbus

The Cleveland Indians today announced the following roster moves relative to the 2016 Major League roster: 
Adams, 29, has spent the entire regular season to date with Triple-A Columbus, posting a mark of 2-1 with 4 saves (4 chances) and a 1.10 ERA in 14 relief outings (16.1IP, 11H, 2R/ER, 5BB, 18SO, .190 avg). He has not allowed a run over his last 5.1 innings (5 games) and has limited left-handed batters to a .138 (4-29) average against and owns a .074 (2-27) mark against with runners on base. Austin posted a 2.61 ERA in 9 spring outings in Arizona (10.1IP, 8H, 3R/ER, 9SO).
