Mariners Extend 34 Invitations to Major League Spring Training

SEATTLE – Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Justin Hollander announced today the club has invited 34 non-roster players to Major League Spring Training.

The invitees include 15 players ranked among Baseball America’s Top 30 Mariners Prospects: Colt Emerson (No. 1), Kade Anderson (No. 2), Lazaro Montes (No. 3), Ryan Sloan (No. 4) Michael Arroyo (No. 5), Jonny Farmelo (No. 6), Jurrangelo Cijntje (No. 7), Luke Stevenson (No. 8), Teddy McGraw (No. 15), Brock Rodden (No. 16), Michael Morales (No. 17), Jared Sundstrom (No. 22), Victor Labrada (No. 25), Charlie Beilenson (No. 28) and Tyler Cleveland (No. 30). Of the top Mariners prospects in Major League camp, Emerson (No. 7), Anderson (No. 25), Montes (No. 58) and Sloan (No. 60) were ranked among Baseball America’s Top 100.
