Mariners salute fans with annual Fan Appreciation Weekend

The Seattle Mariners celebrate our True to the Blue fans with drawings for dozens of prizes including 2018 Opening Day tickets, Holland America Line cruises, a 4K Ultra HD TV every inning, courtesy of ROOT SPORTS, Alaska Airlines tickets, a host of player-autographed memorabilia and postgame fireworks show (Friday) all at Fan Appreciation Night and Kids Appreciation Day celebrations at Safeco Field on September 22 and 23, as the Mariners meet the Cleveland Indians.
Fan Appreciation Night
Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Emirates Airline and Holland America Line, is Friday, September 22. Game time is 7:10pm. All fans through the gates will receive a Mariners team poster with a preview of the 2018 schedule. During the pregame ceremony, which begins at 6:30pm, the Baseball Writers Association of America Seattle Chapter will present the annual Mariners team awards including Pitcher of the Year, Player of the Year, Unsung Hero and Heart & Hustle Awards.
Mariners Minor League awards will be presented to Ian Miller (Ken Griffey Jr. Minor League Hitter of the Year), Nick Neidert (Jamie Moyer Minor League Pitcher of the Year), Chris Mariscal (Alvin Davis "Mr. Mariner" Award), Jordan Cowan (Edgar Martinez Productive Team Plate Appearance Award), Ljay Newsome (60-ft. 6 in. Club Award), Dimas Ojeda (Dan Wilson Minor League Community Service Award), Cesar Nicholas (Dave Henderson Minor League Staff Member of the Year).
Prizes All Game Long
During each half-inning break, fans will have the chance to win a variety of prizes by random drawing including nine 4K Ultra HD TVs, courtesy of ROOT SPORTS. Other prizes include two seven-day Holland America Line cruises for two, Alaska Airlines roundtrip tickets, Emirates Airline roundtrip tickets to Dubai, Opening Day 2018 tickets, and a variety of autographed jerseys, caps and baseballs. After the game, fans will be treated to the final fireworks show of the season, presented by T-Mobile, choreographed to music and team highlights from the 2017 season.
Kids Appreciation Day, Sunday, September 24
The festivities continue on Sunday, September 24, with Kids Appreciation Day, presented by Ivar's & Kidd Valley. Game time is 1:10 p.m. All kids 14 and under will receive a Mariner Moose poster and be entered to win great prizes to be drawn at random during the game including autographed memorabilia, tickets to Mariners games during the 2018 season, a $250 Mariners Team Store gift card, the chance to watch batting practice from the field next season, and much more. Oktoberfest
Saturday is the 9th Annual Oktoberfest at Safeco Field. Specially priced tickets include a pregame party in The 'Pen with music and dancing, coupon for a free drink and a 40th Anniversary stein. Tickets are $37 for View Level and $51 for Main Level and are available only at Mariners.com/Oktoberfest. Deadline to purchase tickets for this online only offer is Friday, September 22 at 5:00 pm. Game time on Saturday is 1:10 p.m.
