MENU ANNOUNCED FOR 2026 YANKEE STADIUM CONCESSIONS PREVIEW FOR MEDIA ON TUESDAY, MARCH 31, AT 11:00 A.M.

The New York Yankees and Legends Global today announced their menu for their annual Yankee Stadium concessions preview tasting event for media on Tuesday, March 31, at 11:00 a.m.­­

Yankee Stadium Executive Chef Robert Flowers, Chef Christian Petroni, and representatives from Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, Nuchas Empanadas, Lobel’s, Sweet P and Treathouse, will be made available. Photography and videography are encouraged.

Items featured at the event (and noted below) will be available in concessions areas accessible to all guests at Yankee Stadium in 2026.

ANTICIPATED MENU INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

Almost all items to be served at the tasting are new to the menu in 2026. A few exceptions are noted below (*)

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop

• Apple Pie Dumpling (warm apple pie, topped with caramel, cinnamon and powdered sugar)
• Bacon Cheeseburger Dumpling (ground beef, bacon, melty cheese, onions, touch of ketchup)
• Chicken Parm Dumpling (breaded chicken, zesty tomato sauce, garlic, herbs, melty mozzarella)
• Mac & Cheese Dumpling (ditalini pasta smothered in three-cheese gooey goodness)

Christian Petroni’s Parm to Table

• Antipasto Salad (selection of artisanal cured meats & cheeses, pepperoncini, sesame bread sticks, red wine vinaigrette)
• Mozzarella en Carrozza (flash fried house-made mozzarella with 8-hour marinara)

• Angry Lobster Roll (delectable cold-water lobster, lemon aioli, togarashi spice, scallions, split top bun)
• Chicken Parm Sando (flash fried chicken, basil-marinara, artisan mozzarella cheese, pretzel bun)

• Pastrami Fries (pastrami, horseradish cream, Mike’s Amazing deli mustard, pickles, flash fried fries)

• The tasting will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. in the Yankee Stadium Audi Club
