Nationals agree to terms with seven international free agents

The Washington Nationals agreed to terms with seven international free agents on Tuesday. Nationals President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Mike Rizzo and Vice President of International Operations Johnny DiPuglia made the joint announcement.
