Oakland A's Set to Move into New Office Space in Jack London Square

The Oakland Athletics are set to move into their new office space in Jack London Square on Monday, Jan. 8. The new front office headquarters will allow the A's to consolidate their operations by relocating from their current offices located at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum and Oracle Arena.
The 40,000 square feet of office space in downtown Oakland's Jack London Square area offers the A's proximity to the Coliseum and provides the amenities of a mixed-use environment, with dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The A's will also keep their office space at the Coliseum for day-of-game responsibilities.
As the club moves into a new chapter in Oakland, the organization has defined a clear vision for achieving goals for the future by unveiling new internal guiding pillars: innovative, dynamic, and inclusive. These pillars, along with a new motto "Victory for Oakland," will help guide the organization in everything they do and will have visible representations in the new office space.
"We are eager to move our entire staff into one location at our new office space in Jack London Square," said Oakland A's President Dave Kaval. "This space gives up the opportunity to continue to evolve our office culture, as it provides our staff with an environment to easily and freely collaborate with one another. We are constantly looking toward the future and ways to continue to attract some of the top industry talent, and we believe this is another great way to achieve that."
Kaval will give fans a Facebook Live tour of the new office space on Monday, Jan 8 at 4 p.m. from the A's Facebook page. The A's will also host an office tour for media on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 11 a.m. More details on the tour and how to RSVP will be sent on Monday.
