Pirates announce reschedule date for Zambelli Fireworks Night

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced today, the Zambelli Fireworks display previously scheduled for Saturday, April 20, has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 4. The move was necessary due to the first pitch time change from 7:05 p.m. to 4:05 p.m. for April 20 vs. the San Francisco Giants at PNC Park.

The Pirates’ first pitch time change that occurred earlier in the offseason to 4:05 p.m. is to accommodate for a nationally televised game on Fox Sports 1.

The postgame Zambelli fireworks display will now be set to Star Wars theme music as the Pirates host “May the Fourth be with You” Star Wars Night on Saturday, May 4 vs. the Oakland Athletics at 7:05 p.m.
