Pirates to Host University Nights at PNC Park
The Pittsburgh Pirates announced the return of University Nights at PNC Park, as a way for the Club to celebrate local universities on specific Wednesday dates through out the 2017 season. Students, alumni and fans of local universities are invited to cheer on the Pirates together at PNC Park, and all who purchase the special tickets will receive an official Pirates university cap.
Each University Night ticket includes a Pirates cap in the specific university colors and a seat in either the Grandstand or Corner Box areas. Each night will also feature a social and networking opportunity, with limited availability, at the Block House Corner located at the base of the left field rotunda prior to the game. The pregame meet-up features special college pricing on select food and beverage options.
Ticket prices for University Nights are $20 for Infield Grandstand and $25 for Corner Box seats and are on sale now at pirates.com/universitynights.
The 2017 University Nights schedule begins on Wednesday, April 12 with Point Park University. The complete list (All game times are 7:05 p.m. ET) is as follows:
