2023 Twins Postseason ticket strips to go on sale Monday, September 18 at 10 a.m. CT
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The first-place Minnesota Twins, who hold a 7.5-game lead and a magic number of nine to clinch the American Central Division title, today announced that full 2023 Postseason ticket strips will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. CT on Monday, September 18; they will be available for purchase exclusively at twins.com/postseason. Purchasing a Postseason ticket strip is the only way to guarantee access to all potential 2023 Twins home playoff games at Target Field.
There are 14 possible Twins home dates throughout the 2023 Postseason (3 American League Wild Card games, 3 American League Division Series games, 4 American League Championship Series games and 4 World Series games).
Should the Twins maintain their current position as the third seed in the American League, they would begin the 2023 Postseason by hosting an entire best-of-three Wild Card Series at Target Field from October 3-5; winning that series would advance Minnesota to the ALDS, where they would play up to two home games. If the Twins were to secure the American League’s second seed, the club would advance directly to the ALDS and host up to three games. Home field advantage for the ALCS and World Series (up to 4 home games in each series) is awarded to the remaining team with the best regular season record.
Fans can secure 2023 Postseason ticket priority through their commitment to the 2024 season, either by purchasing a Playoff Push Plan or securing their seats for next season. The Playoff Push Plan includes 10 vouchers for use during the Twins’ final regular season homestand September 22-28 along with a Flex 20 Plan for the 2024 season, available now at twins.com/playoffpushplan.
