Arizona Diamondbacks open auditions for the 2024 Rally-backs and Activation teams

Do you love the National League Champion Arizona Diamondbacks and have a passion and exceptional ability to hype up a crowd and favorably represent a major league sports team as a fan ambassador? The Arizona Diamondbacks are now accepting applications for their new 2024 Rally-backs and Activation teams. We are seeking engaging, well-spoken, dynamic individuals to enhance the fan experience at Chase Field, building on the success of last year.

Rally-backs

The D-backs are evolving the exciting Rally-backs in-game entertainment team. This hype squad will be responsible for welcoming fans, getting fans on their feet during critical game moments, cheering on the D-backs, interacting with the crowd during live in-game experiences, and dancing and entertaining on the dugout and with fans in the stands.

Activation Team

This new interactive team will be responsible for creating an exciting atmosphere at Chase Field and hyping up the crowd in and around the ballpark. The Activation Team will have the opportunity to excite fans with large crowd prompts, tossing and launching promotional items deep into the crowd, and engaging fans in in-game activities and contests.

Both Rally-backs and Activation Teams will be debuting a new uniform kit for 2024 that will match the vibe of the new 2024 D-backs player uniforms and will have a new opportunity to take on a fan ambassador role at select 2024 fan and community events.

Additional details, requirements and applications for both roles can be found here. Rally-backs applications are due by January 24, with mandatory, in-person auditions at Chase Field on February 3 and 4. Activation Team applications are due January 15, with in-person auditions on January 24.
