Blue Jays Winter Tour Is Back! Players Hit The Road In January To Visit Fans

The Toronto Blue Jays are excited to reconnect with fans and give back to the community as Winter Tour presented by TD returns, featuring back-to-back weekends in Vancouver (January 12 to 14) and Toronto (January 20 & 21)!

Adam Cimber, Danny Jansen, Jordan Romano, Santiago Espinal, and Tim Mayza will head to the west coast, with Cimber, Espinal, and Romano meeting teammates Chris Bassitt and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. the following weekend in Toronto.

As part of their travel itinerary, players in each city will meet with fans during a ticketed autograph session. Fans who wish to attend can enter an online lottery for a chance to secure tickets (bluejays.com/wintertour), beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. (local time), until Thursday, Jan. 5 at 9:59 a.m. (local time). Winners will be selected by random draw and notified via email on January 5 with a link to purchase up to four tickets for $10 each, with proceeds benefitting Jays Care Foundation.

Both weekends are jam-packed full of cold-weather fun for fans of all ages, with marquee events listed below. Players will also visit local tourist attractions, including the Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver and Niagara Falls. Media opportunities in each city will be shared in the coming days.

Vancouver Event Details – Thursday, Jan. 12 to Saturday, Jan. 14

Toronto Event Details – Friday, Jan. 20 & Saturday, Jan. 21

Since 2011, Winter Tour presented by TD has reached thousands of Blue Jays fans from coast-to-coast. As the country’s only Major League Baseball team, the club has visited more than 20 Canadian cities, including Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal, Fredericton, Halifax, and St. John’s. This will be the fourth time the Blue Jays have stopped in Vancouver (2018, 2015, and 2011). Toronto was added to the 2023 Winter Tour schedule due to ongoing construction at Rogers Centre, which impacts the club’s ability to host Winter Fest. Winter Tour was last held in January 2020 (Calgary).
