Friday's Re-Opening Day details announced

MILWAUKEE -- This Friday, June 25, American Family Field returns to 100 percent capacity, and plans are set for “Re-Opening Day” as the Brewers face the Colorado Rockies at 3:10 p.m. Tickets remain for the game, as well as the Saturday and Sunday games of the series.

The latest addition to the festivities for Re-Opening Day includes a special opportunity for fans to belly up to the bar for service from Freddy Peralta. From 2:00 to 2:30 p.m., the Brewers righthander will sling drinks instead of fastballs to thirsty fans at the First Base Ward Bar on the Field Level concourse.

Re-Opening Day will include many more activities reserved for a traditional season-opener. Details include the following:

Just Announced: A flyover of T-6A Texan planes out of the 47th Flying Training Wing at Laughlin (TX) Air Force Base will occur prior to the first pitch. Brookfield native Sarah “Fuego” Fotsch will be among the four persons piloting the aircrafts. Fotsch was one of the active military members who received Zoom calls from Brewers players – as well as authentic Brewers jerseys – to honor active service members and veterans for Memorial Day this year.

The game will also feature the first on-field color guard of the season – featuring members of the Milwaukee Fire Department.

Tickets are available now for all home games at Brewers.com, the American Family Field Box Office and at 1-800-933-7890.
