CARDINALS ANNOUNCE MINOR LEAGUE COACHING STAFFS AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ASSIGNMENTS FOR 2024

ST. LOUIS, Mo., January 10, 2024 – The St. Louis Cardinals announced today the 2024 coaching staffs for their minor league affiliates, in addition to their player development and medical personnel for the upcoming season.

All six managers return to their posts from the 2023 season with Ben Johnson returning for his 6^th season at Memphis (Triple-A), José Leger (4^th) at Springfield (Double-A), Patrick Anderson (3^rd) at Peoria (High-A), Gary Kendall (3^rd) at Palm Beach (Single-A), Roberto Espinoza (4^th) at the Florida Complex League, and Fray Peniche (14^th) at the Dominican Summer League.

New hires to the minor league coaching staff include Paul Benoit (coach) at Springfield and Elvis Rodriguez (hitting coach) at Peoria.
