Ceremonial & off-field activities for Game Six of the 2025 World Series Presented by Capital One
Major League Baseball today announced the ceremonial & off-field activities for Game Six of the 2025 World Series presented by Capital One. The 121st Fall Classic between the National League Champion Los Angeles Dodgers and the American League Champion Toronto Blue Jays continues tonight, Friday, October 31st, at Rogers Centre with LIVE coverage beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET on FOX, FOX Deportes and ESPN Radio in the U.S. In Canada, Sportsnet TV and Radio and TVA Sports will continue to provide live national coverage of the entire 2025 World Series.
CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH: Former Toronto Blue Jays centerfielder and three-time MLB All-Star Devon White will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. White won two World Series with the Blue Jays in 1992 and 1993.
NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCES: American singer John Vincent will sing the U.S. National Anthem before Game Six. David Grenon, also known as SoulBear, who recently retired after 25 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, will perform the Canadian National Anthem.
BGC GAME BALL DELIVERY: A member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada (BGC West Scarborough Unit), Yohanna, will deliver the Game Ball to the Rogers Centre mound for Game Six.
MLB NETWORK’S 100TH GAME: Friday’s Game Six will mark MLB Network’s 100th World Series game it has covered since the Emmy award-winning network launched in 2009. Broadcasters Greg Amsinger, Al Leiter, Dan Plesac, Harold Reynolds and Matt Vasgersian have been contributing to MLB Network’s ongoing coverage as they did for MLB Network’s first World Series 17 seasons ago, featuring the Philadelphia Phillies and the eventual World Series champion New York Yankees. In total across the 100 World Series games, MLB Network has covered 18 different teams and 11 different champions. Coverage will be featured today across MLB Central, MLB Now, Intentional Talk, MLB Tonight: National Pregame Show and a postgame MLB Tonight.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY DURING WORLD SERIES: As part of Major League Baseball’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, MLB has ensured that the 2025 World Series incorporates environmentally friendly features and activities. Efforts include:
- World Series Green Teams presented by WM will collect recyclables between innings and raise awareness for what fans can do in their everyday lives to be more environmentally conscious.
- MLB Green is donating $10,000 on behalf of the Toronto Blue Jays to EcoSpark, a local non-profit committed to connecting people to their local natural environment through education, monitoring and stewardship. Operating since 1996, EcoSpark has developed a reputation as a community leader in local engagement, education, citizen science, and collaboration.

SENSORY INCLUSION AT ROGERS CENTRE: Major League Baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays are committed to making the World Series sensory inclusive. In partnership with KultureCity, MLB will provide additional sensory bags throughout the World Series. These sensory bags will be available at all Fan Services locations (on the 100-Level at Sections 123 and 141, on the 200-Level near Sections 212 and 236, and on the 500-Level near Sections 508 and 532). A Sensory Room is also available at Section 212, behind Fan Services. The room is designed to accommodate fans who may be experiencing sensory overload and includes activity panels, bean bag chairs, air walls, and fidget toys, among other items, to assist fans. KultureCity is the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to fighting for inclusion and acceptance of all individuals. KultureCity advocates for those with sensory challenges such as autism and PTSD, among others. KultureCity provides training and equipment to public and private spaces to create an inclusive experience for everyone to fight against social isolation.
