D-backs celebrate Mother's Day with weekend full of festivities including Mother's Day and anime tees

The D-backs kick off Mother’s Day at Chase Field on Friday, May 12, with a weekend of fun activities, giveaways, and a series match-up with the San Francisco Giants.

Friday features the Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration and Postgame Fireworks, presented by Arizona’s Family.

On Saturday, May 13, in conjunction with the Asian Heritage Celebration, the first 15,000 fans in attendance will receive the highly-anticipated Anime Player Tee, which pays homage to Phoenix’s Asian American community with a design by local artist Andrea Ramirez Cordero that captures Corbin Carroll, Merrill Kelly and Jake McCarthy in action.

Sunday’s gametime is at 1:10 p.m. The first 10,000 moms through the door will receive a three-quarter sleeve Mother’s Day Tee, courtesy of Fry’s Food Stores. Fans can enjoy specialty food and drink items for Mother’s Day including:

Start off Sunday, May 14 with Yoga on the Field, presented by Michelob Ultra. This special ticket package includes a pregame yoga class in the outfield (led by Modern Yoga instructors, John Salisbury, Courtney Fox and Bentley Fazi), a ticket to the D-backs vs. Giants game, a special-edition D-backs crossbody bag and postgame beer sample.
