Dodgers Welcome Padres, Nationals and Mets During Nine-Game Homestand

LOS ANGELES – The Dodgers return from their second road trip of the season to host their longest homestand of the first half, opening with six straight games against the San Diego Padres and Washington Nationals. Followed by an off day, the Dodgers will wrap up play with a three-game set against the New York Mets. Tickets remain available for the nine-game, ten-day homestand at Dodgers.com/Tickets.

The Dodgers’ southern neighbor, the San Diego Padres, make their way to Dodger Stadium for a three-game series after they both began the 2024 campaign in Seoul, South Korea. Friday’s 7:10 p.m. matchup will be capped off with the second drone show of the year, presented by Budweiser, as 500 drones light up the sky to honor the legacy of Jackie Robinson ahead of the 77th anniversary of him breaking Major League Baseball’s color barrier. The first 40,000 fans to enter stadium gates ahead of Saturday’s 6:10 p.m. start will receive a Brusdar Graterol bobblehead, sponsored by Yaamava’ Resort and Casino at San Manuel. The series will culminate with a Sunday Night Baseball matchup on ESPN at 4:10 p.m.

Jackie Robinson Day on April 15 will headline the three-game set against the Washington Nationals. On Monday morning, the Dodgers will release a special project titled “Dear Rachel.” The piece features a series of recordings from influential people across sports, politics, and the Dodgers organization about the impact Robinson has had on their lives. Later in the afternoon, both the Dodgers and Nationals will participate in a pregame reflection at the Jackie Robinson statue in Centerfield Plaza to discuss Robinson’s continued influence on today’s game. Every player around the league will wear a Dodger blue No. 42 on their jersey as the iconic number continues to be the only number retired across all 30 ballclubs. The Dodgers will also give away a vintage Jackie Robinson cap, presented by UCLA Health, ahead of the 7:10 p.m. start. On Tuesday, fans who purchased a special ticket pack will receive a white sherpa Hello Kitty bag before the 7:10 p.m. game. The Dodgers finish play before the off day with a 12:10 p.m. matinee on Wednesday.

The New York Mets visit Chavez Ravine for the first and only time this season as fans are in for an exciting three-game matchup. Friday’s drone show, sponsored by Budweiser, will feature 500 drones and pay homage to the Dodgers’ cross-country move from Brooklyn to Los Angeles. Fans will then enjoy two weekend afternoon starts, with a 1:05 p.m. matchup on Saturday, where fans will take home a Walker Buehler bobblehead, presented by Bank of America, and a 1:10 p.m. start on Sunday. The popular Kids Run the Bases will make its season debut after Sunday’s contest.

Fans can support the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation in-stadium by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket (from sellers located throughout the stadium in pink aprons), buying an item at the LADF Homebase Store, or getting a personalized ribbon board message at Dodgers.com/ribbonboards. On Jackie Robinson Day, net proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle and Online Auction will help support 10 Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation/Jackie Robinson Scholars. Since 1987, support from the Los Angeles Dodgers and Dodgers Foundation to the Jackie Robinson Foundation has totaled more than $4.3 million.
