Mark Budaska relieved as Cardinals asst. hitting coach

ST. LOUIS, Mo., August 12, 2019 – The St. Louis Cardinals have announced today that assistant hitting coach Mark Budaska (BOO-dah-ska) has been relieved of his duties as hitting coach on the Major League staff.

Jobel Jimenez (JOE-bell), the hitting coach of the Cardinals Triple-A affiliate Memphis Redbirds, will join the St. Louis Cardinals Major League coaching staff for the remainder of the 2019 season.
