Orioles roster moves for 7/26/19

This afternoon, the Orioles made the following roster moves:

Reinstated RHP Nate Karns from the 60-day Injured List (right forearm strain), and designated him for assignment.
Recalled RHP Evan Phillips from Triple-A Norfolk.
Recalled RHP Dillon Tate from Double-A Bowie. Tate will wear No. 55. His first appearance will be his Major League debut.
Optioned LHP Tanner Scott to Triple-A Norfolk.
Placed LHP John Means on the 10-day Injured List (retroactive to July 25; left bicep strain).
