Phillies unveil enhancements to the fan experience at Citizens Bank Park ahead of home opener and Midsummer Classic

The Philadelphia Phillies announced today a series of enhancements at Citizens Bank Park, including a reimagined Cadillac Hall of Fame Club with newly designed spaces and upgrades to select suites; a new showcase of Phillies history and memorabilia; expanded, chef-driven culinary offerings; and a fully renovated, bi-level New Era Phillies Team Store featuring new, fashion-forward merchandise.

“Everything we do starts with our fans,” said Phillies Chief Revenue Officer Jackie Cuddeback. “As we celebrate the return of the reigning NL East champions, we’re excited to debut these newly designed spaces, which not only honor the storied history of our franchise, but also raise the standard for what our guests can experience at Citizens Bank Park.”

Cuddeback continued, “With the nation’s 250th anniversary and major sporting events like the 2026 MLB All-Star Week drawing global attention, Citizens Bank Park will continue to serve as one of the city’s premier gathering places, bringing together fans, visitors, and the broader community through shared moments around baseball.”

The transformed spaces will officially debut during the team’s Home Opener at 4:05 p.m. vs. the Texas Rangers on Thursday, March 26.

A Reimagined Cadillac Hall of Fame Club

The newly renovated Cadillac Hall of Fame Club introduces a completely reimagined, modern environment for ticketholders, with redesigned interiors and thoughtfully integrated gathering spaces that create a more interactive, contemporary game-day experience, complemented by upgrades to select suites, which offer an intimate, premium setting for both business entertaining and social occasions.

Bringing Phillies History to Life in an Expanded Cooperstown Gallery

Within the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, the Cooperstown Gallery debuts as a permanent installation celebrating the history of the team.

The gallery features a curated collection of milestones and memorabilia, including World Series trophies, retired numbers, player awards, and artifacts spanning generations of Phillies baseball, offering fans an immersive look at the defining moments and figures that have shaped the franchise since its founding in 1883.

Access to the gallery and the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club is available to Philadelphia Insurance Club and Independence Blue Cross Suite Level ticket holders, as well as those seated in the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club. Additionally, the Phillies will offer guided tours on select dates throughout the season for all fans to enjoy this historic collection.

A New Culinary Program Inspired by Philadelphia

An expanded culinary program, in collaboration with Aramark Sports + Entertainment, introduces an elevated dining experience within the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, inspired by Philadelphia’s dynamic and award-winning food scene.

As part of the renovation, the Club’s Bistro has been upgraded with full cooking capabilities, including the addition of new hood systems, delivering a more elevated, made-to-order dining experience. To complement this premier dining destination, the Phillies are introducing in-seat delivery service for Cadillac Hall of Fame Club ticket holders, ensuring fans can enjoy world-class cuisine while never missing a pitch.

The Bistro will feature chef-driven menu items throughout the season, with contributions from acclaimed local chefs including Marc Vetri (Vetri Cucina Family); Matthew Cahn (Middle Child); Nish Patel (Del Rossi’s); Evan Snyder (Emmett); Juan Carlos Aparicio Torres (El Chingon); and Amanda Shulman (Her Place Supper Club, My Loup and Pine Street Grill); and Pidor Yang (Sahbyy Food). Chefs will rotate by homestand, creating an evolving and distinctly Philadelphia dining experience for fans throughout the season.

The expanded program also highlights beloved local institutions such as Termini Brothers and Wilt’s Berries, alongside elevated takes on classic ballpark fare. Additionally, player-inspired offerings such as Sánchez Sliders (Cristopher Sánchez) in the Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, as well as the Schwarbomb Sundae (Kyle Schwarber) and The Sweeper (Jesús Luzardo) can be found throughout the ballpark, with a portion of proceeds benefiting charitable organizations selected by each player.

Together, the culinary program reflects a broader evolution of the Citizens Bank Park experience, bringing together Philadelphia chefs, hometown brands, and player-driven collaborations in a way that reflects the character and energy of the city.

Expanded New Era Phillies Team Store

The Phillies will also open a fully renovated, expanded bi-level New Era Phillies Team Store, representing a significant upgrade to the retail experience at Citizens Bank Park.

The updated store features an expanded footprint, a redesigned main‑concourse entrance with five 25-foot-tall LED towers, and a more intuitive layout that elevates the shopping experience. A rotating product launchpad will highlight exclusive merchandise, new collaborations, and seasonal products each homestand, starting with Opening Day gear and a 2026 All‑Star Game collection.

The store also introduces a broader merchandise mix, pairing classic favorites from New Era, Nike, and Fanatics with new fashion‑forward collaborations to come throughout the season from Lululemon, Aviator Nation, and Ralph Lauren for elevated options on and off the field.

The new “Players Clubhouse” on the second floor will showcase on-field Authentic Collection pieces, player gear, and an enhanced customization area where fans can personalize jerseys and, new for 2026, New Era caps.

To further enhance the shopping experience, a 370-foot video wall now allows fans to stay connected to live game action while browsing—ensuring they’ll never miss a moment.
