What’s Happening this Week: Phillies vs. Braves, June 20-22

Come cheer on the Philadelphia Phillies as they return to Citizens Bank Park to take on the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday, June 20, to Thursday, June 22! Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights surrounding the games:

1. On Tuesday, June 20, the Phillies will host the 18^th annual African American Heritage Celebration at the 6:40 p.m. game.

• Fans will be able to enjoy pregame performances by the BoomBox Drumline (Ashburn Alley)
  and Sankofa (Third Base Plaza).
• Other highlights include the national anthem being sung by the St. Thomas Gospel Choir, and
  God Bless America to be performed in the 7th inning by Jillian Patricia Pirtle from the Marian
  Anderson Museum & Historical Society.
• This Theme Night event features a $6 discount off the regular price of tickets in select locations.
• Also happening: a pregame happy hour hosted by Jim Beam at the High and Inside Pub (Terrace Level, behind home plate). Features free swag, samples, snacks, and a meet and greet with Phillies 1993 National League champion Milt Thompson.
• Plus, the sold-out Strike Out the Stigma “Mental Health of Our Veterans” event will take place prior to the game, giving fans the chance to join the Phillies and guests speakers for important conversations surrounding mental health.

2. The 14^th annual Jewish Heritage Celebration will take place on Wednesday, June 21, at the 6:40 p.m. game.

• This Theme Night event features a $6 discount off the regular price of tickets in select locations.
• HaZamir: The International Jewish Teen Choir will perform the national anthem.

3. Nemours Children’s Health Kids Run the Bases takes place Thursday, June 22, after the 1:05 p.m. Citizens Businessperson’s Special game.

• Fans 14 and under can run the bases like a major leaguer following the game.

4. After Thursday’s game, Rhys and Jayme Hoskins will host the 2^nd annual Go Yard with Rhys Hoskins charity event to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) at Yards Brewery in Philadelphia from 7:00-10:00 p.m.

• Fans can register to attend the event or donate here.
• Registration fees will accelerate research, advance care, and empower MDA families in our community living with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related neuromuscular diseases.

5. As part of the Phillies summer menu at Citizens Bank Park, fans can enjoy a limited time Seasons Inning Stretch Cotton Candy Milkshake behind Section 102. Also, Steak and Hoagie Factory’s Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak ** will be featured at the new Coca-Cola Corner for the Braves series only!**

• Steak and Hoagie Factory, offering high quality food in the Delaware Valley, will be serving their infamous Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, featuring the perfect blend white meat chicken steak, bleu cheese, American cheese, and hot sauce, for $14.99 at Coca-Cola Corner in left field.
• Paired with the perfect Coca-Cola beverage, 5% of all purchases of the menu item will benefit Philabundance to help fight food insecurity.

6. Bid on nearly two dozen team-issued and game-used autographed memorabilia during the Phillies Charities, Inc. Online Auction benefitting Philabundance, part of the Phans Feeding Families initiative, on phillies.com/auctions until Monday, June 26.

• Auction items include baseballs, jerseys, batting helmets, caps, a pitching rubber and more signed by manager Rob Thomson and players such as Aaron Nola, Alec Bohm, Nick Castellanos, Bryce Harper, Rhys Hoskins, J.T. Realmuto, Kyle Schwarber, Bryson Stott and Zack Wheeler.

7. Traffic Advisory: Due to the I-95 incident, please be aware of detours in effect on I-95 when traveling to Citizens Bank Park. Fans should allow for extra time when traveling to the ballpark.

The lot includes an Uber-branded lounge with seating and a charging station.
