White Sox announce new experience, new location for SoxFest 2020

CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox have announced the team’s 28th annual fan gathering, SoxFest 2020, will be held at McCormick Place, the largest exhibition space in North America, on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25. SoxFest 2020 is sponsored by Beggars Pizza, Guaranteed Rate, NBC Sports Chicago, Old Dominion Freight Line, Securian Financial and Wintrust.

The two-day event will span more than 100,000 square feet, offering space to create unique ways for families and fans to connect with White Sox greats, current players and prospects. In addition, SoxFest 2020 will feature more opportunities for autographs, photos, fan engagements and unique experiences.

Continuing to focus on its youngest fans, the White Sox will offer admission to SoxFest for children (ages 3-14), starting as low as $10. Fans will be able to enjoy two-day SoxFest passes for $75 for adults and $20 for children. Friday-only passes will be available for purchase at $45 for adults and $10 for children as well as Saturday-only passes will be available for $50 for adults and $15 for kids.

SoxFest 2020 two-day passes will be available for purchase at whitesox.com/soxfest starting Thursday, August 1 at 10 a.m. Single day passes will go on sale at a later date in September, based on availability.

The White Sox will hold special pre-sale events. White Sox season ticket holders and group ticket leaders will be invited to a SoxFest pre-sale offering a limited amount of specially priced two-day SoxFest passes for $70 beginning on Tuesday, July 30 at 10 a.m. Past SoxFest ticket purchasers and members of the BlackList will receive access to a pre-sale on Wednesday, July 31 at 10 a.m.
