Today it was announced that Yankee Stadium will host internationally renowned recording artist Bad Bunny on Saturday, August 27. Joining him in concert will be special guest and 10-time Grammy nominee Diplo.

Tickets for the event, which is part of the “_Bad Bunny: World’s Hottest Tour_,” will go on sale via www.yankees.com, www.yankeesbeisbol.com and www.ticketmaster.com on Friday, January 28, at 12:00 p.m.

Proclaimed by Spotify as the most listened-to artist in the world over the last two years (2020-21)_, Bad Bunny is embarking on his first-ever stadium tour. The Puerto Rico-born performer was ranked by _Billboard as the “#1 Latin Artist in the U.S.” for a third consecutive year (2019-21) and was named by the magazine as one of 2021’s “Top 10 Greatest Pop Stars.” Bad Bunny was the highest-ranking Latin act on Billboard’s all-genre "Top Artists" chart in 2021 and has had the most hits reach the Top 10 of its "Hot Latin Songs" chart since the chart’s inception in 1986.

Yankee Stadium has hosted some of the most popular and in-demand acts in music since opening in 2009. Previous artists who have played at the venue include JAY-Z, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Garth Brooks, Romeo Santos, Metallica and Roger Waters.
