Rays and Rowdies announce personnel moves

On Tuesday, Tampa Bay Rays Presidents Brian Auld and Matt Silverman announced several personnel changes within the organization:

• Rafaela A. Amador has been promoted to vice president, public affairs;
• Dave Haller has been promoted to vice president, communications;
• Barry Newell has been promoted to senior director, business operations and analytics;
• Emily Miller has been promoted to director, marketing and creative services; and
• Nico Castillo has been promoted to director, soccer operations.
