Red Sox Announce Roster Moves

BOSTON, MA—The Boston Red Sox today announced the following roster moves:

Guerrero, 35, has recorded a 0.92 ERA (2 ER/19.2 IP), 0.97 WHIP and .191 opponent batting average (13-for-68) in 15 games with Worcester this season. Originally signed as an international free agent by the San Diego Padres in 2010, the right-hander owns a 5.77 ERA (68 ER/106.0 IP) with 111 strikeouts in 113 career Major League games with the Padres (2016) and the Miami Marlins (2018-19). The Colombia native was signed by the Red Sox as a minor league free agent on January 9, 2026, and posted a 0.96 ERA (1 ER/9.1 IP) with four saves in nine Grapefruit League appearances for Boston during Spring Training.

Kelly, 31, has pitched in 17 games for Boston this season, posting a 3.31 ERA (6 ER/16.1 IP) with 14 strikeouts. The right-hander has also pitched in two games for Worcester, striking out two and allowing one hit in 3.0 scoreless innings. Signed by the Red Sox as a minor league free agent in January 2021, the Virginia native owns a 4.04 ERA (59 ER/131.1 IP) in 115 career Major League games (three starts), all with Boston (2022-26).

Crawford, 30, began the season on the 15-Day Injured List recovering from right wrist surgery. The right-hander made one rehab outing for Worcester on April 11, tossing 3.0 innings before being returned from his rehab assignment on April 12. Originally selected by the Red Sox in the 16th round of the 2017 First-Year Player Draft, the Florida native owns a 4.56 ERA (199 ER/392.1 IP) with 389 strikeouts in 86 career Major League games (69 starts), all with Boston (2021-24).
