‘Reds Rockin’ 150’ Birthday Bash at GABP – July 5

Fans can reserve FREE tickets for the biggest birthday bash Reds Country has ever seen with the Reds Rockin’ 150 on Friday, July 5, 2019.

This special Great American Ball Park OPEN HOUSE celebrates the 150th anniversary of baseball’s first professional team beginning at 5 p.m., culminating in a FREE concert and spectacular ROZZI’S FIREWORKS SHOW.

Festivities will include appearances by the 2019 Reds, fan interactives around the ballpark and live music all evening.

Season ticket members will get the first opportunity to claim free tickets starting Thursday, May 23 at 9 a.m.

The general public can start claiming free tickets on Friday, May 24 at 9 a.m. at www.reds.com/Rockin150.

A limit of six (6) tickets may be claimed per person. The free tickets will allow for entry to the ballpark and general admission seating for the concerts in selected sections.

All tickets will be delivered digitally via the free MLB Ballpark app to be scanned directly from your smartphone at the event. The app is available as a free download on the App Store and Google Play.

LIVE MUSIC AND WIN ON-FIELD PASSES:

The Reds Rockin’ 150 main concert scheduled to start at 8 p.m. is set to feature a trio of acts:

3 Doors Down – Sold more than 20 million albums since being formed in 1996 with popular songs “Kryptonite,” “Here Without You,” “When I’m Gone,” “It’s Not My Time,” “Be Like That,” “Loser,” “Away From The Sun,” “Let Me Go,” “Duck and Run,” “Let Me Be Myself” and “In The Dark”

X Ambassadors – Pop/rock band known for recent hits such as “Renegades” and “Unsteady”

Phillip Phillips – Multi-platinum singer/songwriter with hits “Home,” “Gone, Gone, Gone” and fan favorite “Magnetic”

All fans who claim tickets by Monday, June 24 at 5 p.m. ET will automatically be entered for a chance to win a limited number of VIP on-field passes for the concert. Winners will be notified on Wednesday, June 26 and have the opportunity to claim six (6) on-field passes. See official rules at reds.com/Rockin150.

Prior to the main concerts on the field, fans can enjoy more live music on two side stages around the ballpark, including a performance by the Bronson Arroyo Band.

Additional activities around the ballpark will include:

FAN INTERACTIVES: Fans will have the opportunity to run the bases, hit in the Reds batting cages, check out the visitor’s clubhouse area, throw in the home and visiting bullpens, as well as take part in activities throughout the Kroger Fan Zone. Fans will be able to tour exclusive areas of the ballpark such as The Handlebar and FOX Sports Club, along with getting a look behind the scenes at areas such as the press box and broadcast booths. Dozens of mascots and circus performers will be on hand to entertain fans of all ages as well.

AMERICAN HUEY Helicopters: In partnership with American Huey 369, three Vietnam-era Huey helicopters will be on display in the outfield for fans to learn about and explore. For more information on American Huey please visit americanhuey369.com.
