RHP Brady Dragmire sent to Pittsburgh Pirates on waiver claim

The Texas Rangers today announced that right-handed pitcher Brady Dragmire has been sent to the Pittsburgh Pirates on a waiver claim.
Dragmire, 23, was designated for assignment on Tuesday when the Rangers announced the signing of free agent outfielder Carlos Gomez. Dragmire was originally received by the Rangers from the Pirates in a December 2 waiver claim. He went 4-6 with a 4.38 ERA (35 ER/72.0 IP) over 45 relief appearances with New Hampshire in the Eastern League in 2016, his first career action at the Double-A level.
