The Savannah Bananas are Returning to Petco Park in April 2027
SAN DIEGO – Finest Collective and the San Diego Padres today announced that Banana Ball is returning to Petco Park for a third straight year as the Savannah Bananas and the Loco Beach Coconuts bring two wildly entertaining shows to San Diego on Saturday, April 3, and Sunday, April 4, 2027. After entertaining four sold-out crowds since their San Diego debut in 2025, Petco Park will again become the first Major League ballpark on the 2027 Banana Ball World Tour for a second consecutive year.
Fans will be treated to two days of fast-paced action performed by the popular Banana Ball players, cast and characters, including Owner Jesse Cole dressed in his yellow tuxedo, the Dancing Umpire Vincent Chapman, Breakdancing Coach Maceo Harrison, the World’s Tallest Hitter and Pitcher Dakota “Stilts” Albritton, and many more. Prior to each game, ticketed fans have early access to Gallagher Square where they can purchase team gear, get photos and autographs with the players, and watch the “Before the Peel” show that features singing, dancing and more on the Sycuan Stage.
Diamond Room will be open for guests to enjoy food and drinks and serves as the ideal gathering place before and after Banana Ball events at Petco Park. Diamond Room hours of operation are available at www.diamondroomsd.com.
The opportunity to purchase tickets for the Savannah Bananas vs. Loco Beach Coconuts rematch at Petco Park is only available by signing up for the Banana Ball Ticket Interest List at www.bananaball.com/tickets by October 31. From there, fans will be entered into a lottery for the chance to purchase tickets for the 2027 events. Fans that are interested in attending the upcoming Banana Ball events at Petco Park are strongly encouraged to sign up for the Interest List as tickets are expected to sell fast.
