Signature shows MLB Tonight, MLB Central, International Talk and MLB Now to blanket MLB Network's coverage of the 2025 World Series presented by Capital One
Oct. 22, 2025 – MLB Network is set to provide unparalleled coverage of the 2025 World Series presented by Capital One with a variety of on-site shows from Rogers Centre and Dodger Stadium featured on game days beginning this Friday, Oct. 24. In a year where MLB Network has produced more than 1,300 studio hours and recorded its most-watched regular season in seven years, five of the network’s cornerstone shows will be on-site throughout the Fall Classic, including:
MLB Central presented by Essilor at 12 p.m. ET: Former Blue Jay Mark DeRosa, Robert Flores and Lauren Shehadi will bring informative, irreverent and humorous takes on the series;
MLB Now presented by Chevrolet at 4 p.m. ET: Host Brian Kenny and insider Joel Sherman will team up for their ninth World Series for data-driven discussions alongside a rotating group of MLB Network analysts;
Intentional Talk presented by Chevrolet at 5 p.m. ET: Working their third Fall Classic together, World Series Champions Ryan Dempster and Kevin Millar join Siera Santos for entertaining banter, detailed analysis and revealing interviews;
MLB Tonight: National Pregame Show presented by Strauss at 6 p.m. ET: Newly designed in 2025, MLB Network’s trio of Greg Amsinger, former Blue Jay and All-Star Dan Plesac and former All-Star Harold Reynolds will set the stage leading up to every World Series Game. World Series Champion Albert Pujols will also contribute to the program for the games at Dodger Stadium;
MLB Tonight presented by Strauss immediately following each World Series game: MLB Network’s Emmy Award-winning show features analysis and postgame interviews with hosts Matt Vasgersian and Adnan Virk alongside World Series champions Al Leiter, Jake Peavy, and analysts Yonder Alonso and Chris Young.
The 2025 World Series Media Day will be covered live by MLB Network on Oct. 23 at 2 p.m. ET with MLB Central: Media Day presented by Mastercard featuring DeRosa, Flores and Shehadi, followed by MLB Tonight at 5 p.m. ET. Tomorrow’s media day coverage will lead into Path to the Pennant: American League presented by Extreme Networks at 7 p.m. ET, followed by Path to the Pennant: National League presented by Extreme Networks at 8 p.m. ET. MLB Network will continue to simulcast the final hour of SiriusXM’s daily show, The Leadoff Spot, weekdays at 9 a.m. ET during the Fall Classic. On travel days, MLB Tonight presented by Strauss will air from MLB Network’s studios with Abby Labar and Anthony Recker on Sunday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. ET, followed by Adnan Virk and Steve Phillips on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. ET. For Games 1 and 2 of the World Series, MLB Network will also produce the T-Mobile 5G BP Show streaming live on @MLB’s X, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages, plus MLB.com and MLB.TV at 6 p.m. ET, featuring insight and interviews. The Game 3 edition will re-air on MLB Network on Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. ET, followed by a re-air of the game. In customary fashion, MLB Network will re-air every game of the World Series the following day.
The 2025 World Series presented by Capital One marks the 17th Fall Classic MLB Network has covered in its history. In total, over 20 different personalities, including five World Series champions, will contribute to MLB Network’s coverage, which is now available Direct-to-Consumer. In addition to MLB Network’s linear content, clips and social-first content with personalities will be featured across MLB Network’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and YouTube.
