Twins Homestand Highlights: September 25-27
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins return to Target Field tomorrow night for their 13th and final homestand of the season, hosting the Texas Rangers for a three-game “Fan Appreciation Weekend” series from today, Friday, September 25, through Sunday, September 27. This weekend celebrates and thanks Twins fans, and includes postgame fireworks, gate giveaways and the chance to win special prizes throughout all three games.
FAN APPRECIATION WEEKEND
Fan Appreciation Weekend at Target Field means each game is filled to the brim with activations and special surprises to celebrate and thank Twins fans for their support in 2026, including:
- Friday, September 25 presented by Northland Ford Dealers - Party at the Ballpark: Pregame Happy Hour ($2 beer, hot dogs and snacks), pregame/in-game performance by DJ duo Quiet Hours, prizes during inning breaks, postgame fireworks
- Saturday, September 26 presented by Northland Ford Dealers - Bad Day to be a Hot Dog at Target Field: Fan Appreciation "Bad Day to be a Hot Dog" gate giveaway, $1 hot dogs presented by Sheboygan Sausage Company, $2 beer, free ice cream for all fans presented by Target, Bullseye's Backyard for adults, prizes during inning breaks
- Sunday, September 27 - Kids Appreciation Day presented by Target: Original RMS Mystery Squishy Dumpling gate giveaway, kids pregame autograph session, free ice cream for kids, Bullseye's Backyard, half-priced kids meals presented by U.S. Bank, prizes during inning breaks

MINNESOTA TWINS COMMUNITY FUND SILENT AUCTION
The Minnesota Twins Community Fund is hosting a silent auction from 10:00 a.m. today, Friday, September 25, closing at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, with all proceeds benefitting the MTCF and its mission to make baseball and softball accessible for youth across Twins Territory. The auction includes game-used items, autographed memorabilia, exclusive experiences and more, plus a limited number of “buy now” items such as mystery jerseys and mystery player banners from Target Field. Fans can bid at twins.com/communityauction.
A NOTE FROM OUR FRIENDS AT MnDOT
Eastbound I-94 will be closed this weekend between Highway 55 and I-394 beginning at 10:00 p.m. today, Friday, September 25 through 5:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28. During the closure, traffic will be detoured to westbound Highway 55, southbound Highway 100 and eastbound I-394. Additionally, beginning yesterday, the Highway 55 ramp to eastbound I-94 will be closed through Saturday, October 10. Traffic will be detoured to Lyndale Ave. to access eastbound I-94. Fans can get the latest information and traffic updates via MnDOT.

- Fan Appreciation Weekend - Party at the Ballpark: It's a Friday night party at Target Field and you're invited! Friday's Fan Appreciation Weekend activities include:
- Pregame Happy Hour - $2 Beers and $2 Food: Fans 21+ with valid ID can enjoy $2 beers (12-ounce cans of Budweiser, Bud Light and Summit Twins Pils); all fans can take advantage of $2 hot dogs and $2 ballpark snacks. All $2 items are available at select concessions stands throughout Target Field from 5:00-7:10 p.m.
- Be Loud for Quiet Hours: DJ duo Quiet Hours will be performing throughout the Pregame Happy Hour and at various points during the game.
- End of Inning = Start of Prizes: Inning breaks will feature major prize giveaways for lucky Twins fans!
- Postgame Fireworks: Stick around after the game for the final postgame fireworks show of the season

- Gate Giveaway: The first 10,000 fans will receive a Fan Appreciation "Bad Day to be a Hot Dog" Hat presented by Northland Ford Dealers.
- Dollar Dogs: Hot dogs are just $1 at the Hennepin Grille and Taste of Twins Territory concession stands, presented by Sheboygan Sausage Company.
- Pregame Happy Hour - $2 Beers: From the time gates open until scheduled first pitch, fans aged 21-and-older can enjoy $2 beers (12 oz. cans of Budweiser, Bud Light or Summit Twins Pils) at select areas throughout the ballpark.
- Free Ice Cream: You scream, I scream, we all scream for free ice cream - for ALL fans - courtesy of Target.
- Bullseye's Backyard: Bullseye's Backyard on the Gate 34 lawn will receive an adult makeover, featuring lounge spaces for socializing, free ice cream for fans of all ages, and more!

- UnitedHealthcare Community Champion of the Homestand: Prior to Saturday's game, the Twins will recognize Cheryl Creecy as the UnitedHealthcare Community Champion of the Homestand. For decades, Cheryl has dedicated her career to serving students, families, and schools throughout Minneapolis through equity-focused leadership and community engagement. Originally from Louisiana, she became a respected educational leader in Minnesota, serving in senior leadership roles with Minneapolis Public Schools, including Chief Academic Officer and Area Superintendent for the district's East/Northeast Region. Through her work, Cheryl has helped expand educational opportunities for students, support educators and families, and strengthen schools across Minneapolis neighborhoods. She has also made a lasting impact through her involvement with Project Success, helping empower young people through mentorship and experiental learning.

- Taiwanese Heritage Day: Celebrate Taiwanese heritage at Target Field's second annual Taiwanese Heritage Day! The day includes a pregame performance by Taiwan Shine, which will feature modern choreography inspired by the Amis, one of the 17 officially recognized Indigenous peoples on the island. Additionally, a ceremonial first pitch will be thrown out by Yu-Cheng "John" Tai, the founder of Rocks Baseball who has partnered with 10 MLB teams - including the Twins - on Taiwanese Heritage Day.
