Twins recall Garver from Rochester, place Grossman on DL

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have placed outfielder Robbie Grossman on the 10-day disabled list with a fractured left thumb. To replace Grossman on the 25-man roster the Twins have recalled catcher Mitch Garver from Triple-A Rochester. Additionally, the Twins have returned right-handed pitcher Aaron Slegers, who was the 26th man for yesterday's doubleheader, to Triple-A Rochester.
