White Sox announce Yolmer Sánchez arbitration ruling

A three-member arbitration panel ruled today that infielder Yolmer Sánchez will receive a salary of $2.35-million in 2018, the amount requested by the player. The hearing was held yesterday in Phoenix.
Sánchez, 25, hit .267 (129-484) with 19 doubles, eight triples, 12 home runs, 59 RBI and 63 runs scored over 141 games last season, his fourth with the White Sox.
