Rays announce 'Rays Rush' tickets, Trop tours ahead of reopening

March 31st, 2026

MILWAUKEE -- The Rays’ return to Tropicana Field is less than a week away, and the club is offering fans a few ways to get back inside their home ballpark.

First, “Rays Rush” tickets are returning for home games this season, including next Monday’s re-opener against the Cubs. Rays Rush tickets for the first series were made available on Tuesday, priced at $74.36 for the opener and $18.92 for the following two games.

To be notified about the availability of Rays Rush tickets, text RAYS to 42086. Each account is limited to six Rays Rush tickets, which are non-transferable and cannot be resold. The barcodes for those tickets are subject to delayed delivery and will be available in the MLB Ballpark app two hours prior to first pitch.

But fans will be able to return to the Trop outside of when the Rays are playing, too.

The club is introducing public and private tours of Tropicana Field. The public tour will provide fans with a behind-the-scenes look at Tampa Bay’s home dome, highlighting the history of the ballpark and how game days come to life.

Tour tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $12 for kids 14 and under. The club recommends arriving 15 minutes early to the ballpark and parking in Tropicana Field Lot 7, where parking is free with the purchase of a tour ticket. Fans will then enter the Trop through Gate 1 and meet their group inside the entrance.

The club is also offering private tours, tailored to groups’ interests and schedules. Private group tours must be booked 14 days in advance.
