Our Private/Group Tours offer a customized, behind-the-scenes look at the home of the Rays, perfect for organizations, schools, teams, and special outings. Explore the ballpark up close and enjoy a tour tailored to your group’s interests and schedule. It’s an exclusive, fun, and fan-focused way to experience the ballpark like never before.

Q: Can I purchase Tropicana Field Tour tickets on the day of the tour?

A: Public Tours are available to purchase on the day of the tour, subject to availability. Please be aware that tickets are only available for purchase online and tour sizes are limited, so we recommend you purchase tickets in advance.

Tropicana Field's Pregame Experience must be purchased in advance.

Q: Do children 2 years old or younger need a tour ticket?

A: Children under the age of 2 do not require a tour ticket.

Q: Will additional tours be added throughout the season?

A: Additional tours will be added throughout the season. Tour schedules will be released on a bi-monthly. Please see HERE for the most up-to-date schedule.

Q: What will I get to see on my Tropicana Field Tour?

A: Tour Stops include exclusive behind-the-scenes areas, getting up close to the field for incredible ballpark views, and must-have photo opportunities. Air conditioning in the ballpark is off during all tours. Routes may change without notice depending on the accessibility of areas in the ballpark.

Q: How long does the tour last?

A: The tour will last approximately 75-90 minutes.

Q: Where do tours begin? When should I arrive for my tour?

A: Tropicana Field Ballpark Tours begin at the ballpark's main gate, Gate 1, on non-game days.

For the Tropicana Field Pregame Experience, tours will start at Gate 4.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. Please arrive on time, as tours start promptly. We’re unable to offer refunds for late arrivals

Tours will involve stairs unless an accessible route is requested by the group.

Q: Can I Bring My Bag?

A: Bags are discouraged and will be subject to a security search prior to entry.

  • Clear Bag cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • No tripods are allowed, and photos are subject to approved areas.
  • Cameras, video cameras, and sealed bottled water are permitted. Outside food is not permitted.

Parking for Tropicana Field Ballpark Tours is available in Parking Lot 7 at Tropicana Field with the purchase of a ticket.

For the Tropicana Field Pregame Experience, a parking pass will be loaded into your ballpark app.

Tropicana Field Lots offer wheelchair-accessible parking, including van parking, right outside the ballpark. Wheelchair-accessible parking is subject to availability.
