Parking at Tropicana Field

Game-day parking can be purchased with credit card, e-Cash via Rays Card or prepaid parking pass only. Cash will not be accepted. All Rays lots open 4 hours before first pitch.

Game Day Drive-Up Parking Options

Game-day parking can be purchased with credit card or e-Cash via Rays Card only.

Please note that cash will not be accepted for game day drive up parking.

If you are purchasing parking upon arrival to the game, we recommend arriving early to secure a parking option that best fits your needs. Please see below for recommended drive up locations to consider:

  • Lot 1 Premium Parking
    • 0.1 miles (3 minute) walk to Tropicana Field Gate 4 or Gate 5
    • Located behind home plate
    • Recommended for guests sitting in premium areas and directly behind home plate

We recommend those interested in parking in Lot 1 Premium/VIP parking purchase a pre-paid ticket, as there are a limited number of drive up spaces available.

    • 0.2 miles (5 min walk) to Tropicana Field Gate 5

Please be advised lot 2 is a dirt/grass lot. For those wanting to park in paved lots on the home plate side of Tropicana Field, we recommend purchasing in Lot 1 VIP Parking or Lot 4 Premium parking.

Lot 6 - Exclusive Season Ticket Holder Parking Lot

Lot 2 - Season Ticket Parking Plans

Wheelchair Accessible Parking and Drop-Off Locations

Lots 1 and 7 offer wheelchair accessible parking just outside the gates, with the majority of the spaces located in Lot 7. All wheelchair accessible parking is van-accessible. Enter Lot 7 from 4th Avenue South, and Lot 1 from 16th Street South. wheelchair accessible parking is subject to availability.

Additionally, there is a drop-off area in front of Gate 4, which is directly across from Lot 1 on 16th Street South. Please be advised that parking in the wheelchair accessible parking spaces in the Tropicana Field lots is monitored by the St. Petersburg Police Department and is subject to state laws and privileges. Tickets can be issued and/or privileges revoked in situations where the person to whom a wheelchair accessible parking placard or license plate has been issued is dropped off near the stadium and is not in the vehicle when it parks in a wheelchair accessible parking space.

The Rays Go Green: Carpool and PARK FREE* at Tropicana Field!

The Rays provide carpoolers with four (4) or more passengers to park in team-controlled parking lots 6, 7 for all Sunday games. Fans attending games at Tropicana Field are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy tailgating and baseball activities.

Public and Commercial Parking

Commercial and city-owned parking is also available at various price points surrounding Tropicana Field. These lots are not operated by the Rays and thus do not offer free parking.

Fans attending events at Tropicana Field are encouraged to ensure they are parking in city-licensed, privately-owned and operated surface lots. Official city-licensed, privately-owned lots are marked with signage featuring a capital "P," lot number and city ordinance number. These signs indicate the lots have met the conditions necessary to legally park cars around Tropicana Field.
