PENSACOLA, FL – The Biloxi Shuckers (66-68, 30-38) finished their 2026 regular season (79-57, 43-24) with a 2-1 victory over the Pensacola Blue Wahoos at Blue Wahoos Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Shuckers starter Manuel Rodriguez (5.0ip, 0r, 5k) collected his 13th win of the campaign, setting the franchise record for wins in a single season. It also marks the most by a Brewers Double-A pitcher in the Southern League player ever and the most by a Brewers Double-A pitcher since 1996.

The Shuckers scored both of their runs on sacrifice flies. One off the bat of Jesús Made in the third and Braylon Payne in the fifth. The Blue Wahoos brought home their only run on a Dillon Lewis solo home run in the eighth.

Josh Adamczewski (2-for-4) and Darrien Miller (2-for-3) accounted for the multi-hit performances, while Dylan O’Rae concluded the regular season with 63 stolen bases, which represent the most stolen bases in a season in franchise history, and surpass the former record holder Johnny Davis (52) in 2017 by 13. The Shuckers also walked twice, which set a new Southern League record for walks in a single season. Biloxi’s 672 walks beat out the 2023 Biloxi Shuckers squad who walked 671 times.

Rodriguez (13-4) recorded the franchise win mark with 13, while Jacob Miller was on the downside and Garrett Hodges (1.0ip, 0r) secured his second save with a scoreless ninth inning.
