
Why are the Crawdads playing in Winston-Salem this week?
The Crawdads and the City of Hickory are continuing repair work from a fire in the visiting clubhouse. The clubhouse is expected to be ready to welcome teams back in June. In the meantime, the Winston-Salem Dash are graciously letting the ‘Dads call Truist Stadium home for the week!
Is anything changing outside of the venue?
The Crawdads will still be the home team for all six games. The first pitch times have been changed to 6:30pm for all six games. Truist Stadium will run its daily promotions of Dollar Dog Tuesday, Kids Eat Free Wednesday, and Thirsty Thursday $2 drafts. There will also be fireworks following the Friday through Sunday games.
How do I get tickets for the games?
Tickets are available online and at the Truist Stadium box office. Baseline seats are $10 and general admission lawn seating is $5.
Will my Crawdads tickets work?
If you had a ticket to a game in Hickory this week, you can show that ticket at the Winston-Salem ticket office and they will exchange it for the game there. Crawdads tickets will not automatically scan at the gate.
Season members and ballpark passes will be honored at the ticket office as well. Ticket vouchers, Crawdads ticket promotions such as military tickets, student tickets, and Peoples Bank Thursday will not be valid for these games.
What should I know about Truist Stadium?
Truist Stadium is a cashless facility and adheres to a Clear Bag Policy. Parking is $10 upon arrival for the on-site Premium Lots or offsite complimentary lots are available. For additional information, please visit the Winston-Salem Dash website at wsdash.com.
How do I follow the games?
The RiverDogs will have an audio broadcast available on their website and the MiLB app. The games will not be streamed on MLB.TV or the Bally app but you can follow along in via gameday in the apps and on the website!
What happens to the Crawdads tickets I had for this week?
Fans with tickets to the games that have been affected by the fire (May 9-10, May 19-24) can exchange their seats for another Crawdads home game this season. Exchanges of physical tickets can be done at the Crawdads ticket office and digital tickets can be exchanged online by calling 828-322-3000.
The Armed Forces short sleeve hoodie giveaway, Salute to Troops military parking promotion, and the fireworks scheduled for 5/22 and 5/24 will be rescheduled for a future date in Hickory.
