Service Animals

Although pets, including therapy or emotional support animals, are prohibited at Sloan Park, we welcome service animals recognized by federal law. Please be prepared to identify your dog as a Service Animal and the task your animal has been trained to perform.

In addition, please note for the safety of all guests, you may be asked to remove a Service Animal who is unruly/out of control or not housebroken. Sloan Park is not required to provide care or food for a service animal, so please plan accordingly. Service Animals needing a relief area may exit and reenter through the First Base Gate.

Shuttle/Golf Cart Services

We offer accessible golf cart services to and from the Orange, Yellow and Purple Lots to the Right Field Gate at Sloan Park located on Sheffield Avenue.

You cannot reserve the service ahead of time. The golf carts run continuously before, during and after the game, beginning when parking lots open until one hour after the game ends.

All suites, including the First and Third Base Party Decks, and Budweiser Rooftop are accessible. Accessible restrooms also are available on the Suite Level. The elevators located near the Home Plate Gate entrance provide access to the Suite and Party Deck Level. For elevator access to the Budweiser Rooftop, please ask a member of the Sloan Park Guest Services staff.

For guests who require assistance from the gates to their seats, complimentary wheelchair service is available. Upon entering the ballpark, please ask a Sloan Park associate for assistance. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location or back to one of the gates at the conclusion of the game, please notify a Sloan Park employee for assistance. Wheelchair service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available.
