The Dodgers had themselves an exciting weekend, taking three of four from the D-backs to wind up atop the National League West heading into Labor Day.
Saturday's win was the result of a clutch three-run homer from Matt Kemp off Archie Bradley in the bottom of the eighth. It was dramatic:

For a sequel, Sunday's game was decided by ... a big hit by Kemp off Bradley, this time a walk-off two-run double that fell just a few feet short of a homer to give the Dodgers a big 3-2 win. It was also quite a moment:

With such high-stakes heroism from Kemp, his teammates were eager to celebrate after Sunday's game. But whether he was actively trying to avoid the revelry (like Adrián Beltréhas been known to do) or was just caught up in the moment, he kept running ... so Kiké Hernández sprang into action:

Joc Pedersonmay have the football ties and interest in playing for the Rams, but if the team is looking for a new linebacker anytime soon ... just saying.
