Which sport's players are the best athletes?
As a former high school basketball star and current Major League Baseball star launching home runs in the World Series, Matt Kemp is uniquely qualified to weigh in on this ongoing debate. Kemp had an offer to go play basketball at the University of Oklahoma, but he chose to stick with baseball when the Dodgers drafted him in the sixth round of the 2003 Draft. But Kemp is tired of people claiming that the hoops stars of today are the best athletes -- he thinks people underestimate the athletic abilities of baseball players.
Check out the video at the top of the page to hear Kemp defend his fellow ballplayers' athleticism and comment on whether he is the best basketball player in MLB.
