The Red Sox prepared their minds and bodies for the ALDS by ... playing ping pong

After a six-month marathon and 162 games, the Red Sox emerged from the regular season with the Indians in the ALDS as their next challenge. How would they prepare? Endless hours of game film? "Rocky"-inspired training montages featuring raw eggs and farmyard exercises?
No, the answer is ping pong.

Watch the Red Sox take on the Indians in Game 1 of the ALDS at 8:00 pm ET on TBS.
