Robbie Ray joins #PitchersWhoRake contingent, blasts homer off Chris Archer

Robbie Ray, starting pitcher for the D-backs, had only six hits (and zero homers) in 51 at-bats entering Monday's game against the Rays. But in his first plate appearance of the game, against Chris Archer, no less, Ray decided it would be fun to join the #PitchersWhoRake club. So he blasted a solo shot into the right-field seats:

Ray, unfortunately, gave up four more runs than he scored while on the mound. Still, it gives even more credence to the fact that the NL West contains the most powerful hitting pitchers in all the land.
