Here are the Brewers' 2026 Top 30 prospects

Did arguably the deepest farm system in baseball need to add more top prospect talent this offseason? Not necessarily. Is that how the Brewers operate anyway? You betcha.
After adding middle infielder/outfielder Jett Williams and right-hander Brandon Sproat as part of the Freddy Peralta trade with the Mets in January, the top five prospects on the Brewers' Top 30 rankings -- as released by MLB Pipeline on Tuesday -- are all among the Top 100 young talents in the sport. You'd be hard-pressed to find an evaluator who thinks Milwaukee will stop at those five in 2026 either.
This is, after all, the organization that helped develop shortstop Jesús Made into a potential five-tool superstar by pushing him to Double-A at just 18 and got Luis Peña to his status as one of the other best teenagers in the Minors while skipping over the Rookie-level Arizona Complex League in his first stateside season.
Beyond the big five, right-hander Logan Henderson and catcher Jeferson Quero have been in the Top 100 in the past and remain on the doorstep of such status, if they don't graduate in the Majors first. (The stock of Quero, especially, dipped a little after his recovery from season-ending shoulder surgery in 2024, but he still has a ceiling as one of the best defensive catchers in baseball when fully healthy and strong.) Third baseman Andrew Fischer also got Top 100 consideration as Milwaukee's most recent first-rounder, and the University of Tennessee product has already flashed his trademark plus power in his first Spring Training.
Rounding out the top 11, right-hander Bishop Letson, catcher Marco Dinges and outfielder Josh Adamczewski could all build on 2025 breakouts and ride into the Top 100 as potential future MLB regulars.
Milwaukee's run of three straight postseason appearances -- and seven in the past eight years -- comes from the organization's ability to continuously fill the roster with the right pieces even when players like Peralta, Corbin Burnes, Willy Adames, etc. depart. The way the farm is currently constructed, the club may be as ready as ever for such internal help and maybe get over the hump with the second World Series appearance in franchise history.
Here's a look at the Brewers' top prospects:
1. Jesús Made, SS/2B (MLB No. 3)
2. Luis Peña, INF (MLB No. 26)
3. Jett Williams, SS/2B/OF (MLB No. 51)
4. Cooper Pratt, SS (MLB No. 64)
5. Brandon Sproat, RHP (MLB No. 100)

Biggest jump/fall
Here are the players whose ranks changed the most from the 2025 preseason list to the 2026 preseason list:
Jump: Marco Dinges, C (2025: NR | 2026: 10)
The 2024 fourth-rounder was a designated hitter in his one year at Florida State but moved behind the plate for his first full pro season. That's helpful for his overall value, but it was the bat that primarily did the talking as he finished with a .300/.416/.514 line and 13 homers in 77 games between Single-A and High-A. The right-handed slugger has vicious bat speed and profiles to have at least above-average power in the Majors. Dinges' plus arm strength has helped with the transition back behind the plate, and he impressed Brewers officials with his early receiving, though work remains defensively as he heads toward the upper Minors.

Fall: Mike Boeve, 1B (2025: 5 | 2026: NR)
A second-rounder in 2023, Boeve showed the makings of a strong hit tool with a .338 average in his first full season, and it looked like that would push him toward Milwaukee, even with much of the rest of his profile lagging behind the bat. He may have still been dealing with the effects of offseason shoulder surgery because he didn't find the same consistency in a return to Double-A Biloxi (.233/.329/.336, five homers, 99 wRC+ in 66 games). Boeve also moved down the defensive spectrum by only playing first base in the field, and with the additions and up arrows elsewhere in the system, he was squeezed out of the Top 30 heading into his age-24 season, though he could just as easily return with more distance from the shoulder problems.
