Jose Altuve: With a lifetime .358/.408/.515 slash line against left-handers, the second baseman has proven to be one of the best in baseball during those matchups. Altuve could add to his impressive season totals of 19 homers, 86 runs and 26 steals across 536 plate appearances when he faces Orioles southpaw Wade Miley (career 4.12 ERA, 1.34 WHIP) at hitter-friendly Camden Yards.

George Springer: From his perch atop the lineup, the outfielder may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs when he brings his lifetime 152 wRC+ against left-handers (114 vs. righties) into a matchup at Baltimore's offense-inducing venue against the left-handed Miley (5.23 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 2016).

Corey Seager: The shortstop could add to his impressive season totals of 21 homers and 77 runs across 508 plate appearances when he brings his lofty lifetime .329/.387/.562 slash line against right-handers into a matchup at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park. He will be facing rookie righty Tim Adleman (career 5.09 FIP, 1.40 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks 29th in baseball with a 4.97 ERA.
Adrián González: With a lifetime .898 OPS against right-handers (.767 vs. lefties), the first baseman could be part of a Dodgers stack -- including Seager, third baseman Justin Turner and outfielder Josh Reddick -- against the right-handed Adleman and an unreliable Reds bullpen.
Rajai Davis: With a lifetime .347 wOBA against left-handers that exceeds his .292 mark vs. righties, the outfielder has the plate skills to reach base often against Blue Jays left-hander Francisco Liriano (career 4.10 ERA, 1.34 WHIP). Davis could also swipe his 34th base of the season at the expense of catcher Russell Martin, who has thrown out nine of 54 would-be basestealers in 2016.

Mike Napoli: Having compiled 29 homers and 85 RBIs across 420 at-bats, the first baseman has been one of the most powerful players in the American League this season. Napoli could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime 147 wRC+ against left-handers (117 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Liriano, who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters such as Napoli to post a .721 OPS (.596 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Francisco Lindor: The second-year shortstop will be in great position to improve on his impressive lifetime .321/.355/.484 slash line against left-handers when he tangles with the left-handed Liriano (5.46 ERA, 1.62 WHIP in 2016). With 15 steals this season, Lindor is also a strong candidate to swipe a base at the expense of Martin.
Jonathan Villar: With an impressive .317/.403/.476 slash line against left-handers in his breakout '16 season, the shortstop could reach base often or score multiple runs at the expense of Mariners southpaw Wade LeBlanc (career 4.49 ERA, 1.41 WHIP).
Jake Lamb: With 24 homers and 75 RBIs across 388 at-bats, Lamb has made major strides this season. The third baseman could display his power when he brings his lifetime .211 ISO against right-handers (.136 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Jarred Cosart (5.03 ERA, 1.68 WHIP in 2016) and a Padres bullpen that ranks 25th in baseball with a 4.45 ERA.
Stephen Vogt: As a big leaguer, the catcher has registered a .767 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .615 mark vs. lefties. Vogt could put a ball into the outfield seats when he vacates his pitcher-friendly home park and bats at homer-happy U.S. Cellular Field against White Sox righty James Shields, who has posted a 5.78 ERA and a 1.8 HR/9 rate this season.

Brian McCann: The catcher will be in great position to rip a roundtripper when he brings his lifetime .818 OPS against right-handers (.751 vs. lefties) into a matchup against Angels fly-ball-prone righty Jered Weaver (5.32 ERA, 1.8 HR/9 rate in 2016). McCann could also thrive late in the game against a bullpen that is missing injured anchors Huston Street and Cam Bedrosian.
Eric Hosmer: In his career, the first baseman has produced a .347 wOBA against right-handers that exceeds his .300 mark vs. lefties. From the heart of the lineup, Hosmer could reach base often or score multiple runs when he faces Twins rookie righty José Berríos (9.32 ERA, 1.89 WHIP).
Kendrys Morales: With a lifetime .809 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .744 mark vs. lefties, the slugger will be in prime position to drive in multiple runs when he faces the inexperienced righty Berrios (28 innings) and a Twins bullpen that ranks 23rd in baseball with a 4.27 ERA.
Max Kepler: With seven homers and 20 RBIs across 116 at-bats in the second half, the outfielder has been a cost-effective option in many recent DraftKings contests. Kepler could improve on his lifetime 136 wRC+ against right-handers (76 vs. lefties) when he faces Royals righty Edinson Vólquez (4.95 ERA, 1.46 WHIP in 2016).
Tanner Roark: Having posted a 2.81 ERA, the right-hander has been one of the steadiest hurlers in the National League this season. Roark could compile six-plus effective innings when he works at pitcher-friendly Turner Field against a Braves lineup that ranks last in baseball in ISO vs. righties (.127) and total home runs (81).

Johnny Cueto: With a 2.97 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP this season, the right-hander has the skills to limit the opposition when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Mets lineup that ranks 29th in baseball with 450 runs scored.
Zack Greinke: With a 4.31 ERA this season, the right-hander could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he vacates his hitter-friendly home venue and works at offense-suppressing Petco Park against a Padres lineup that ranks last in baseball with a .674 OPS against righties.
