Fantasy411 chat: Will humidor affect Goldy?

@geosushigourmet: The humidor in Arizona has me nervous for Paul Goldschmidt. Should I still keep him over Cody Bellinger?
Fred Zinkie: Yes, you should keep Goldschmidt. Even with the humidor, he is one of the best hitters in baseball.
@joshbarnes6: Do you think Kyle Schwarber is worth investing in?

Zinkie: Schwarber is an interesting buy-low option, as 35 homers would not be too surprising. And he could hit .250.
@MattHan97693628: I'm thinking of starting my draft with Corey Kluber and Chris Sale, before focusing on steals and runs scored the rest of the way. Is that a good idea?
Zinkie: You can start your draft with two aces. But you don't need to make up for that move by punting the power categories. Draft a balanced hitting lineup and hope to nab some value picks.
@sancarlosbrad: Who will have a better year, Giancarlo Stanton or Aaron Judge?
Zinkie: They should both have excellent seasons, but Stanton has a longer track record and is less likely to regress from his stellar 2017 campaign.
@Walk562: In which round should I target Chris Taylor?
Zinkie: Taylor would be a fine pick in Round 12 of a 12-team league.
@elangel_747: With the third pick in my draft, who should I take?
Zinkie: Assuming Mike Trout and Jose Altuve are gone, you can take Clayton Kershaw. If you prefer to draft a hitter, take Mookie Betts.
@BeerLeagueGM: Should I draft Joc Pederson or Mitch Haniger?
Zinkie: Haniger is the pick here. He has a more secure role and is a nice sleeper for 2018.

@MarkusWB: With regards to auction drafts, why do some sites have a big difference in player dollar values between head-to-head play and rotisserie play?
Zinkie: Players values are significantly different due to different scoring systems, and the roster sizes are different.
@BrianSutch: In my keeper league, who should I take first overall out of Kershaw, Max Scherzer and Goldschmidt?
Zinkie: Go with Kershaw, who should have many more dominant seasons.
@RealDrewJarvis: In a 10-team league, how should I address my next two picks after taking Trout first overall?
Zinkie: Draft two stud hitters such as Freddie Freeman, José Ramírez, Anthony Rizzo or J.D. Martinez. Then, take two aces with your next two picks.
@TRDietrichP: Would you rather own Schwarber or Matt Olson for the next two years?
Zinkie: Olson is the pick here. He could hit 40 homers this year.
@MAS8823: Is Byron Buxton a top-75 pick?
Zinkie: Yes, he is. There is obvious risk with drafting Buxton (he has yet to put things together across a full season). But there is also a high ceiling.

@Mark_Martin28: Is pick No. 6 overall too early for Joey Votto in a head-to-head points league?
Zinkie: No, Votto is a good value at that point.
@13_wy: I'm keeping Luis Severino, Martinez and Bellinger. Should I use my first pick on the best available player or take a pitcher?
Zinkie: Go with the best available player. Other than extreme circumstances, drafting the best available guy in the early rounds is always the best plan.
@FullLengthZoom: Should I keep David Price or Blake Snell?
Zinkie: I would keep Price and hope he can get his career back on track.
@ryanjames28: Would you rather have Francisco Lindor or Kris Bryant?
Zinkie: I'll take Bryant, who should be back into the first round of drafts by next year.

@augustorb: This is my first season playing rotisserie baseball. Should I prioritize hitters or pitchers in my draft?
Zinkie: Since it's your first season, let's keep it simple. Within the first 10 rounds, draft two starters, two relievers and six batters (in any order). Then fill in the rest of your roster by balancing hitters and pitchers in the next rounds.
@RCJH_66: Should I keep Andrew Benintendi or Severino?
Zinkie: When the value is even (and that is the case here), take the hitter. Benintendi.

Zinkie: You have them in the correct order.
@scott_peterson4: Which of these young starters will get the most starts in 2018: Anthony Banda, José De León, Steven Brault and Brock Stewart?
Zinkie: De Leon is my pick. I would put Brault second.
