MLB.com fantasy expert Fred Zinkie fielded questions from fans during a live Twitter chat (at @fantasy411) on Monday. Read through the best of the Q&A below. Questions and answers have been edited for clarity.
@tickster24: Can I drop Masahiro Tanaka for Rick Porcello or Jameson Taillon?
Fred Zinkie: I wouldn't drop him for Porcello. But I would make the move for Taillon if Tanaka doesn't fare well tonight.
@Beazell_: Should I drop José Quintana to add Brandon McCarthy?

Zinkie: Unless you are truly desperate for immediate pitching help, I can't recommend that move.
@withoutwaxxx: Please rank these non-closer relievers, based on their potential to get saves this season: Brad Hand, Trevor Rosenthal and Joakim Soria.
Zinkie: Soria, Hand, Rosenthal.
@MattPercheski: Should I add Mallex Smith or Lewis Brinson?
Zinkie: Smith. More secure role and more speed.
@drstuck: Will Eric Thames bounce back or should I try to trade him?
Zinkie: I expect a bounceback. In fact, he is a buy-low target in some leagues right now.
@andrew_salas: What are your expectations for Lewis Brinson?
Zinkie: The range is really wide, depending on usage. For now, grab him in all 12-team leagues and 10-formats with deep benches.
@Joshua_Pollard7: What are reasonable expectations for Wilson Ramos when he returns?
Zinkie: Top 10 catcher should be easily attainable. Top 5 is a stretch, but possible.
@tahamufti1: Would you drop Jameson Tallion, Buck Farmer, Joe Ross or Aaron Nola for Brad Peacock?
Zinkie: You could drop Ross for Peacock.
@kevinarts: Any chance Santiago Casilla is closing for the rest of the season?
Zinkie: Yes, there is definitely a chance. I don't expect him to lose his role. But he could be traded next month.
@fubzeppelin: Should I drop Ian Happ for Tim Beckham?
Zinkie: I'm not ready to make that move. I still have some hope for Happ.

@DbLaZe802: I need saves. Should I drop Edinson Vólquez or Zack Wheeler to pick up Matt Albers?
Zinkie: Drop Volquez for Albers. He could be a short-term saves source.
@Kevin_Martiny: Is Aaron Judge a top 10 player going forward?
Zinkie: I'm going to put him just outside that group. But he might be a top 10 hitter.
@nickb88: Do you prefer Matt Carpenter or Todd Frazier?
Zinkie: I'll take Carpenter. I'm still a believer.
@GeekyBaseball: When is the time to pick up Amed Rosario?
Zinkie: Now. I expect him to come up this month.
@corycarpenter33: Is Rich Hill worth picking up off waivers?
Zinkie: With his recent inconsistency, he is a pitch-or-ditch option in shallow leagues. Ditch for this week.

@BPalermo1: Do you have hope for John Lackey to rebound, or are you cutting bait for Dan Straily, Francisco Liriano or Sean Newcomb?
Zinkie: You can cut him for Straily.
@peterkrysso: Should I add David Peralta or Hunter Renfroe? Also, Jose Pirela or Andrelton Simmons?
Zinkie: Renfroe, Simmons.
@TimTheGrizzly: Is it time to give up on Gerrit Cole?
Zinkie: I'm fine with dropping Cole in shallow leagues. His struggles are not confined to this season.
@al9x1: Is it time to drop Alex Bregman for Tim Beckham?
Zinkie: No, stick with Bregman. His ceiling is so much higher than that of Beckham.
@theonlyshoeeeee: Please order Gregory Polanco, Chris Davis, Hernán Pérez, Whit Merrifield and Nick Castellanos.
Zinkie: Davis, Polanco, Merrifield, Perez, Castellanos.
@RayCash42890142: Do you prefer Steven Matz or Jeff Hoffman?
Zinkie: Definitely Matz. I have high hopes.
@Matt2628: Is Corey Knebel now an elite fantasy closer?
Zinkie: No, but he's knocking on that door.
