Vying to remain unbeaten in Pool A, Canada meets Panama (7 p.m. ET, FS2)
Canada is looking to stay undefeated in World Baseball Classic pool play on Sunday (7 p.m. ET, FS2) after taking down Colombia on Saturday afternoon. Panama, meanwhile, is looking for its first win of the tournament after losing to Cuba on Friday and dropping a 10-inning heartbreaker to Puerto Rico on Saturday night.
The Canadians scored eight runs in their first matchup and feature one of the most high-powered offenses in the tournament. But Panama has a slew of pitchers with MLB experience, including World Baseball Classic legend Paolo Espino. They know how to get guys out, but can they get MLB sluggers like Tyler O’Neil and Josh Naylor out?
Here’s what you need to know about the matchup:
When and where: Sunday, 7 p.m. ET at Hiram Bithorn Stadium.
How you can watch: The Panama-Canada game will be available on FS2.

Additionally, 41 out of the 47 contests will air in Spanish across a combination of FOX Deportes, the FOX Sports App, Tubi and FOX One.

Team results: Panama is 0-2 after a Friday loss to Cuba and a Saturday loss to Puerto Rico, while Canada is 1-0 after its win over Colombia on Saturday.
Probable starting pitchers: TBD (Panama) vs. Jameson Taillon (Canada)
What’s at stake: Moving to 2-0 would be a huge step toward advancing for Team Canada, getting it into the knockout round for the first time in history. Hoping to avoid falling to 0-3, Panama needs to win to have a chance to advance.
Matchup history: These two teams have never faced off against one another in Classic play. Could this be the beginnings of a new Americas rivalry? It very well could be. You’ll want to watch to say you saw it all happen from the start.
