CINCINNATI -- Although all of manager Terry Francona's coaches were invited to remain on his staff for the Reds next season, a few changes were announced on Monday.

Willie Harris was named as Cincinnati's new third-base coach. Harris is replacing J.R. House, who left to join the Diamondbacks' coaching staff. With House also previously being the catching coach, the Reds replaced that role with Bill Haselman.

Mike Napoli, who joined Francona's staff last year as a coach, was elevated to assistant bench coach.

A longtime Francona coaching staff member on multiple clubs, Brad Mills, decided to retire. Mills had been out of baseball for five seasons before coming back to join the Reds.

Harris spent the 2025 season as manager of the Reds' Single-A affiliate in Daytona and was the organization's Minor League outfield and baserunning coordinator in '20. From 2021-24, he was the Cubs' third-base coach.

A 12-year Major League veteran with multiple clubs, Harris' final stint as a player was with the Reds in 2012.

Haselman had a 13-year playing career as a catcher from 1990-2003 and spent 2004-06 as a coach under Francona with the Red Sox. For the last two seasons, Haselman was the Minor League catching coordinator for the Angels.

Napoli, who played for Francona in Cleveland and went to a World Series in 2016, joined his coaching staff last season after being a coach with the Cubs for five seasons from 2020-24.
