DENVER -- The Rockies have announced their non-roster invitees to Spring Training. The list features 20 players, including six from among the organization’s top 30 prospects per MLB Pipeline.

Those six are infielder/outfielder Charlie Condon (Rockies’ No. 2 prospect, No. 61 overall), outfielder Cole Carrigg (Rockies’ No. 3 prospect), outfielder Jared Thomas (No. 8), left-hander Sean Sullivan (No. 12), left-hander Konner Eaton (No. 21) and first baseman T.J. Rumfield (No. 29).

The other players invited are left-handed pitchers Adam Laskey and Parker Mushinski; right-handers Valente Bellozo, John Brebbia, Eiberson Castellano and Brayan Castillo; catchers Bryant Betancourt, Cole Messina, Kyle McCann and Brett Sullivan; infielders Nicky Lopez, Vimael Machín and Chad Stevens; and outfielder Drew Avans.

Condon, whom the Rockies selected with the third overall pick in the 2024 Draft out of the University of Georgia, hit .268/.376/.444 with 14 home runs in 433 plate appearances across three Minor League levels last season (Rookie level, High-A and Double-A). A 6-foot-6, 216-pound slugger, he set home run records in the SEC and won the 2024 Golden Spikes Award.

Condon missed much of the 2025 campaign due to a broken left wrist, but his performance at the plate since returning shows he’s found his footing after posting a .180/.248/.270 slash line with High-A Spokane in his first pro season.

The 22-year-old turned in a strong performance in the Arizona Fall League last year, producing an .873 OPS over 98 plate appearances for the Salt River Rafters. He also won AFL Rising Star honors and the AFL Dernell Stenson Sportsmanship Award.

Carrigg, 23, also ended last season at Double-A Hartford, for whom he posted a .711 OPS with 15 home runs and 46 steals in 123 games. A second-round Draft pick out of San Diego State in 2023, the switch-hitter had an .833 OPS with a Northwest League-leading 16 homers and a second-ranked 51 steals for High-A Spokane in 2024. Defensively, he’s shown a great arm in the outfield and could profile as a center fielder at the big league level.

Thomas joined Condon in the Arizona Fall League last year, hitting .302/.343/.524 with a pair of homers and eight steals in 17 games for Salt River. The Rockies drafted him in the second round out of the University of Texas in 2024, and the 22-year-old has thrived over two Minor League seasons, producing a .302/.398/.458 slash line with 16 homers and 34 steals in 126 games between Class-A Fresno, High-A Spokane and Double-A Hartford.

The Rockies selected Sullivan in the second round of the 2023 Draft out of Wake Forest. From 2024-25, the left-hander pitched to a 2.50 ERA over 41 starts (219 1/3 innings) across four levels -- Rookie, Class A, High-A and Double-A. With a low-90s fastball, along with a changeup and a slider, the 23-year-old has shown that his unique delivery and ability to throw strikes could potentially make him successful as he moves through Colorado’s farm system and toward the Majors.

Eaton, 23, was a sixth-round selection by the Rockies out of George Mason University in 2024. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound left-hander pitched well in his first taste of pro ball that summer, posting a 0.82 ERA over nine relief appearances between Fresno and Spokane. Last year, the southpaw moved into the rotation and had a 3.79 ERA over 27 starts between Spokane and Hartford.

The Rockies acquired Rumfield in a trade that sent reliever Angel Chivilli to the Yankees last month. With a vacancy at first base for the Major League club, Rumfield -- as well as recently acquired infielder Edouard Julien -- provides depth at the position with a chance to demonstrate whether he’s ready to contribute at the Major League level.

Last season at Triple-A Scranton-Wilkes Barre in New York’s system, Rumfield hit 16 homers with an .825 OPS in 587 plate appearances.

Brebbia and Lopez were signed to Minor League deals in early December.

Lopez, 30, spent the 2025 season with the Angels and Cubs. He appeared in 18 games, four with Los Angeles and 14 with Chicago, batting .042 (1-for-24). In seven Major League seasons, he has a slash line of .245/.310/.311, playing for the Royals, Braves and White Sox prior to last year. His best season came in 2021, when he posted a .300/.365/.378 slash line with 22 steals for Kansas City.

Brebbia, 35, made 22 relief appearances between the Tigers and Braves in 2025, posting a 7.71 ERA. Over eight MLB seasons, the right-hander owns a 4.04 ERA. In addition to Detroit and Atlanta, he has pitched for the Cardinals, Giants and White Sox.
