A's announce 2017 Spring Training schedule at Hohokam Stadium

The Oakland Athletics today announced their 2017 Spring Training schedule, with Cactus League play beginning on Saturday, Feb. 25 against the Chicago Cubs at Sloan Park.
 
The A's will play 18 of their 36 Spring Training games at Hohokam Stadium. The team will be home the entire weekend of March 17 - 19, taking on the D-backs (Friday, March 17), Padres (Saturday, March 18) and Mariners (split-squad, Sunday, March 19). The A's will also host Team Italy on Wednesday, March 8 as Italy prepares to compete in the World Baseball Classic.
 
The club will conclude its exhibition schedule with the annual three-game Bay Bridge Series against the San Francisco Giants, March 30 - April 1, including a 12:05 p.m. game at the Oakland Coliseum on Sunday, April 1.
 
Spring Training Season ticket deposits are currently being accepted at athletics.com/spring.
