Blue Jays Sign Tony Sanchez

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed C Tony Sanchez to a minor league contract with an invite to Major League spring training.
Sanchez, 27, has been in the Pirates organization for all seven of his professional seasons, after being selected 4th overall in the 2009 draft. The Miami, Florida native has appeared in in 51 Major League games over the past three seasons for Pittsburgh, posting a .259 average with four home runs and 18 RBI.
